How We Use Your Information

One to One Consent and No Data Sharing for SMS
No mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or SMS consent data will be shared, sold, licensed, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstance. This applies regardless of any other data-sharing provision in this Policy. Specifically:
- Your phone number and SMS opt-in status will never be sold, rented, or transferred to external parties for marketing purposes
- Your SMS consent data is stored solely within Arvanza Consulting LLC’s internal CRM system (Monday.com) with access limited to authorized personnel
- Your opt-in data will not be shared with data brokers, lead generation companies, or advertising networks
- SMS message content and history is retained internally for account management purposes only
- Consent collected for SMS from you applies only to Arvanza LLC and is not bundled with or transferred to any other brand, partner, or affiliate
Telephone Call Data
- Call recordings are stored internally and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or to fulfill the contracted service
- Call logs are retained within Arvanza LLC’s CRM system (Monday.com) and used to track account activity and follow-up obligations
- You will be notified at the beginning of any recorded call; by continuing the call where permitted by applicable two-party consent law, you consent to recording
- Call data is not used for third-party marketing or shared with advertising networks
Email Communications Data
- Email addresses are stored in our CRM system and used solely for service-related and consented marketing communications
- Email correspondence related to proposals, contracts, and account activity is retained for the duration of the client relationship and a minimum of four (4) years thereafter for compliance and record-keeping
- Email opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes
- You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via Unsubscribe link or by contacting team@arvanzaconsulting.com
Marketing emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including accurate sender identification, a clear physical postal address, and a functioning opt-out mechanism honored within required timeframes.

All service providers are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or in the event of a business transfer to a successor entity subject to the same privacy protections.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
Data Retention
- SMS opt-in records and consent data: retained for a minimum of four (4) years, and longer where required by state law (e.g., Virginia), in accordance with A2P 10DLC and TCPA documentation expectations
- Call recordings: retained for a minimum of two (2) years for quality assurance and compliance purposes
- Email correspondence and opt-in records: retained for the duration of the client relationship and a minimum of four (4) years thereafter
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting team@arvanzaconsulting.com, subject to legal retention requirements (including consent-record retention needed to defend against TCPA claims).
Data Security
Arvanza LLC implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No security measure is completely failsafe. Where a security incident occurs despite these reasonable safeguards, Arvanza LLC’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law; nothing in this section limits liability arising from Arvanza LLC’s failure to implement reasonable safeguards or from violation of applicable data breach notification statutes.

State Privacy Law Notices
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under state privacy laws in addition to the CCPA, including frameworks in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy statutes. These may include rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents may have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Third-Party Links and Services
Our communications may include links to third-party websites or services. Arvanza LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourages you to review their policies before engaging.
Children’s Privacy
Arvanza LLC’s services are intended solely for business-to-business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly delete it.
Limitation of Liability for Privacy Matters
Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits liability arising from Arvanza LLC’s violation of the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, applicable state privacy or data breach notification laws, or from gross negligence or willful misconduct. Subject to that carve-out, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Arvanza LLC’s liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from unauthorized third-party access to your information is limited where Arvanza LLC has implemented and maintained commercially reasonable security measures.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will provide notice of material changes via SMS, telephone, or email prior to the change taking effect, and will identify the updated policy by a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our communication services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
